Shipping policy

We are happy to provide a nationwide next day delivery service. Your meat will be vacuum sealed and shipped in thermally insulated boxes.

Orders placed before 11am will be shipped the same day for next day delivery. Orders placed after 11am will be processed the following day.

PLEASE NOTE:- We ship orders Monday to Thursday, for next day delivery. Orders placed Friday - Sunday will be shipped on Mondays for Tuesday delivery.

We send orders via courier and delivery's can be made at any time of the day / evening. These are outside of our control. You'll receive a 1 hour delivery window on the day of delivery if you've provided your mobile / email. PLEASE NOTE:- we cannot contact the courier or ask them to deliver to different addresses or leave in safe places. This is not a facility we have available.

Bank holidays, Christmas & New Year will affect shipping times. Please contact us for up to date details.
